Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If an item was purchased with ''free postage'', the cost will be charged at our cost price and deducted from the purchase price.

Customers will return items at their own cost and time and must prepay all shipping charges or associated costs.

The customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Hawink Official.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days, only after the returned item has been inspected. We accept no responsibility for delays caused by 3rd parties(such as payment processes etc.).


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For this situation, we will cover the cost of repair, shipping or resending of the product at no cost to you. There is no handling cost charge for returns.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, or damaged or if you've simply been sent the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us at sales@hawinktattoo.com. If you need to exchange the product due to our negligence. We cover the cost of shipping and the product, otherwise, you will need to pay the shipping cost on your own.

There is no handling cost charge for returns.

Return Procedure
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@hawinktattoo.com. If your return meets the return requirements, you will receive a return authorization document and instructions on the return address. Please download it and complete it as the customer return authorization form shown. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or prior authorization will not be accepted. 

Involve the below information in your return request.

· Order Number

· Item to return

· Item condition

· Reason for return

We will get back to you within 24 business hours. We are closed on Sunday.

Step 1: Once all return requirements are met, you will receive a return authorization.   

Step 2: We will complete the return address details and then send the form to you when sending you the return authorization.

Step 3: Please download it and indicate your details which item(s) you would like to return and the reason

Step4: Please include the Return Authorization in your return package

Step5: Pack your items securely and send them back to the address provided on the return authorization  

Step 6: Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed. Refunds will be processed within 7 days, you will receive the refund within 7 days only after the returned item has been inspected.

 

Return Address

The return address will be provided via email at sales@hawinktattoo.com after your return request meets the return requirements.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Shipping
For a change of mind purchase, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. There is no handling cost charge for returns. 

If you are shipping an item back to us we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
