Shipping Policy

· Our working time is 09:00(UTC+8) to 18:00(UTC+8) from Monday to Saturday.

· Orders are processed Monday-Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday would be processed the following Monday.  

· After you submit the order and the payment succeeds, your package will be packaged and processed within 48 hours. After delivery, we will submit the courier tracking number on the website. You will receive the courier tracking number in about 72 hours, stepping on your tracking information. 

· Shipping cost is based on your order's price, destination, and shipping method.  

· We will get you if there is any question about your order. Please pay attention to your email.  

· Please fill in your address in detail.  PO Box, APO, or FPO address could not be sent.

We could arrange shipment worldwide except for Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, British Forces, Brunei, Cambodia, Iceland, Laos, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Monaco, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Note: Some special products, such as those with electricity, usually take 3 to 5 days longer than the schedule below.

Please note that these are estimates and aren't guaranteed, we will not be able to reimburse expedited shipping costs for packages that miss the estimated delivery date, nor do we refund shipping costs for returned items. For you to receive the products as soon as possible, we will arrange shipping from the USA warehouse according to your USA address if you select the items in Homepage-Menu-Tattoo Supply For USA and select the "Economy Shipping US Warehouse" shipping method option when checking out.

The website will match the price with the shipping template according to the item shipping label and the weight of the order.

· 3.0001kg to 6kg—$2

· 6.0001 kg and up—$3 

Shipping cost & Tax

Note: Some limited countries(especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, etc) may need to pay tax and duty or VAT according to your country's levying rules. You need to pay the tax and duty or VAT.  

The shipping cost may vary from time to time based on the actual logistics companies’ charging fee plus the packing fee.
After you fill out the address form, the system will calculate the shipping cost accordingly. Freight prices vary depending on the weight of the cargo and the type of cargo (general cargo, batteries, liquid cargo).

Free Shipping

We will post the latest free shipping statement on our home page notification bar. Usually, when your order reaches a certain amount (e.g. $169) and you are located in the USA, Canada, or European Union Countries, you will get the free shipping option at checkout automatically. 

Package loss and liability determination  

The recipient is responsible for all losses if the postal address is wrong, resulting in the parcel not being recovered after delivery.

Hawinktattoo Official Store is responsible for losses caused by the courier company in transit.
